Agile Synthesizer

TFS40-20


     The TFS40-20 is a wideband agile synthesizer. With a frequency tuning range of 2.5 GHz to 20 GHz, a step resolution of 0.1 Hz, a frequency switching time of less than 10us between any two points.


     TFS21-22 with a volume of only 65*65*13mm, the module is both compact and robust, making it ideal for system integration into frequency converters, test equipment or modern digital data converters.
